  We have boards on two levels: local and international. The local board is elected by the General Assembly, the highest organ in the organization, in which all members of EUROAVIA Leuven vzw have one vote. Among the board a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary and a Treasurer are appointed, who form the daily board of the organization. Other board members are a Company Members, an Editor Member, a Webmaster and a Responsible Brussels. Executive members can support the board.

  The International Board has a one year term and elections take place at the yearly EMEAC (Electoral Meeting of the EUROAVIA Congress) where the local groups are represented. The nominees form the Designated International Board (DIB), which has six months to prepare a business plan and a financial plan, and are installed in office during the AMEAC (Annual Meeting of the EUROAVIA Congress) in October.
